BELO HORIZONTE, 2020, 9’
by Priscila Rezende
bell hooks wrote: “Many Black women feel that in their lives there is little or no love. This is one of our private truths, which is rarely discussed in public”. My cloud is about the self-love of these women. A poem about love and delay. I think love is about dwelling on the other, or, as in the case of the movie, dwelling on oneself. In front of the mirror, reports, confessions, and pain are shared by those who learn, daily, to love their clouds.

PARA AS GERAÇÕES QUE VIERAM ANTES DE MIM
FOR THE GENERATIONS THAT CAME BEFORE ME
by Filipe Bretas Lucas
With a title-dedication, For the generations that came before me is constructed by the fragmented narrative of a family's history from personal files in videos and photographs that are carefully framed. Gaps coexist with memories and point to the complexity of structural racism that permeates personal relationships.
